The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Empowering People Inspiring Communities Limited (EPIC), which is based on Staffordshire, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list).
The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on EPIC’s compliance with the RSH’s Governance and Financial Viability Standard. EPIC’s current gradings are G1 for Governance and V1 for Financial Viability.
