 The focus on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), refocused us during the #blacklivesmatter campaign and brought this challenge back to the forefront of the agenda.

The National Housing Federation  challenge us in their new Code of Governance 2020, to continue to increase the diversity of people employed and engaged in leadership and board roles within housing associations. They require us to work harder and smarter to hear the voice of a more diverse audience in our tenancies and in our communities.
