The Housing Ombudsman has published another batch of decisions bringing the total number of published reports to over 350 since March 2021. The most recent decisions include cases relating to:
- Clarion HA – landlord’s response to reports of noise transference from a neighbouring property
- South Tyneside Homes – landlord’s handling of repairs to the resident’s property, landlord’s handling of the resident’s concerns about asbestos at the property and landlord’s complaints handling and response to the resident’s request for compensation.
- Islington and Shoreditch HA – landlord’s handling of the resident’s report of water ingress into her property and landlord’s complaint handling and
- Hexagon HA – landlord’s response to repairs required at the property and landlord’s response to the resident’s associated complaint.
