The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Empower Housing Association Limited on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list).
The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on Empower’s compliance with its Governance and Financial Viability Standard. As Empower owns less than 1,000 homes, it does not currently have a published Regulatory Judgement (RJ). The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.
