Housing Ombudsman launches project on widening access to complaints

The Housing Ombudsman has launched a project on improving the accessibility of the complaints system.  The Ombudsman is inviting applications from individuals who have knowledge and experience of accessibility and inclusion issues, to join an expert group of approximately six members to provide specialist insight and expertise.

This project will explore accessibility of the complaints system amongst potentially hard to reach groups, including residents without internet access, low literacy or where English may not be their first language.
