In July last year the Housing Ombudsman published a new Complaint Handling Code. The Code committed the Ombudsman to publishing the total number of complaint handling failure orders issued, the names of the landlords and the reasons for the orders. The Ombudsman has published its third such report covering the period from July to September 2021.
The Ombudsman has also published guidance on effective complaint correspondence.
