Inside Housing has published the results of its 2021 housing association chief executive salary survey, based on data collected from 156 organisations. The average chief executive total pay in the 12 months to 31 March 2021 was £189,613, up 1.3% from £187,103 in the previous year. In comparison the inflation rate for the same period was 0.7%.
