The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) has published its 30th edition of the UK Housing Review, which is available for download by CIH members.
The Review includes chapters on a series of contemporary issues:
- Thirty years of housing policy in the UK: The big picture
- Developments in the private rented sector
- Affordable housing supply in the UK: the challenges ahead and
- Right to buy: the long view of a key aspect of UK housing policy.
The Review also includes commentary on a number of other areas:
- Economic prospects and public expenditure
- Dwellings, stock condition and households
- Private housing
- Housing expenditure plans
- Homelessness and
- Help with housing costs.
