Regulator of Social Housing places for-profit provider on its Gradings Under Review list

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Heylo Housing, a for-profit provider with 7,000 properties, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list.

Following an In Depth Assessment, the RSH is investigating matters which may impact on Heylo’s compliance with the governance element of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.   Heylo does not currently have a published Regulatory Judgement (RJ).  The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list, and has said it will publish an RJ for Heylo once it has completed its investigation.

All of the RJs, RNs and GUR listings published by the RSH can be viewed on the RSH’s website here.
