The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Highstone Housing Association Limited, a non-profit registered provider, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list. On its website, Highstone describes itself as a “family run business … specialising in supported living accommodation for vulnerable adults in partnership with local authorities from across Yorkshire”.
The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on Highstone’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard. As Highstone owns less than 1,000 homes, it does not currently have a published Regulatory Judgement (RJ). The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.
All of the RJs, RNs and GUR listings published by the RSH can be viewed on the RSH’s website here.
