Regulator of Social Housing places for-profit provider on its Gradings Under Review list

The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Auxesia Homes Limited, a for-profit registered provider, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list.  Auxesia, which is based in Cheshire, works across the North of England and prioritises former and serving members of the Armed Forces, the NHS and the emergency services.  Auxesia’s financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2021 show a pre-tax loss of £511,417.

The RSH is investigating a matter which may impact on Auxesia’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard.   As Auxesia owned less than 1,000 homes at the time of the last Statistical Data Return, it does not currently have a published Regulatory Judgement (RJ).

The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.

All of the RJs, RNs and GUR listings published by the RSH can be viewed on the RSH’s website here.
