Government names and shames “failing landlords”

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities has published the names of those landlords which have received severe maladministration findings from the Housing Ombudsman since September 2021:

This is part of the Department’s commitment to highlight poor practice by landlords on its social media platforms.  In addition to severe maladministration findings, the Department will also highlight where the Regulator of Social Housing finds that its Consumer Standards have been breached.
