The Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has placed Rapport Housing and Care, a supported housing and care provider based in Rochester, Kent, on its Gradings Under Review (GUR) list.
The RSH is investigating matters which may impact on Rapprt’s compliance with the Governance and Financial Viability Standard. As Rapport owns less than 1,000 homes, it does not currently have a published Regulatory Judgement (RJ). The RSH endeavours to publish a narrative RJ or Regulatory Notice (RN) within six to eight weeks of a provider being placed on the GUR list.
