In the week commencing Monday 11 September 2023 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published:
- a Regulatory Notice for Windrush Alliance UK CIC, a small provider which reported that it had 458 units of social housing and 1,621 units of non-social housing in its most recent Statistical Data Return. The RSH has found Windrush to be non-compliant with both the governance and viability elements of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard
