In the week commencing Monday 15 January 2024 the Housing Ombudsman published:
- four severe maladministration findings across four cases for Croydon Council, with failings in respect of adaptations, anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance and mutual exchange and
- two severe maladministration findings for Torus, after it failed to respond to reports of mould, leaving a resident sleeping on the floor for at least three months, and also for its handling of the subsequent complaint
