In the week commencing Monday 29 July 2024 the Housing Ombudsman launched:
- a special investigation into Lewisham Council following a 85% maladministration rate overall (90% for damp and mould), including 16 severe maladministration findings, and some compliance issues and
- a call for evidence for its next Spotlight report on repairs and maintenance. The call for evidence is open until Friday 25 October.
