In the week commencing Monday 12 August 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published eight Regulatory Judgements following inspections.
North Devon Homes, Saffron HT and Salix Homes were graded C1 on the Consumer Standards, whilst Cobalt Housing, Dacorum BC, High Peak BC, Melton BC and North East Derbyshire DC were graded C2.
The four housing association retained their Governance and Viability gradings, with the exception of Cobalt which was re-graded from V1 to V2.
