In the week commencing Monday 9 September 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published four more Regulatory Judgements on the Consumer Standards. The RSH has determined through responsive engagement that three local authorities have failed to meet the outcomes of the Consumer Standards and consequently they have received C3 straplines:
- Castle Point Borough Council (Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard)
- North Yorkshire Council (Safety and Quality Standard and Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard) and
- Warwick District Council (Safety and Quality Standard and Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard).
The RSH also published a Regulatory Judgement for Incommunities Limited which was upgraded from G2 to G1 for Governance, having addressed issues in relation to the Rent Standard. Incommunities retained its V1 assessment for Viability.
