Codes of Conduct – new regulations require that landlords consult with their tenants on the Codes of Conduct that apply to their staff, board members/councillors, operatives, contractors and others.
Stop Social Housing Stigma (SSHS) have produced a set of suggestions that tenants and landlords may wish to consider in discussing their new Codes.
