The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) has published its 30th edition of the UK Housing Review, which is available for download by CIH members.

The Review includes chapters on a series of contemporary issues:

  • Thirty years of housing policy in the UK: The big picture
  • Developments in the private rented sector
  • Affordable housing supply in the UK: the challenges ahead and
  • Right to buy: the long view of a key aspect of UK housing policy.

The Review also includes commentary on a number of other areas:
