In the week commencing Monday 25 November 2024 the Housing Ombudsman released its special investigation report into Camden Council.  The investigation, which was prompted by a significant volume of severe maladministration findings, found evidence of a defensive complaints culture, with documents containing dismissive tones that run the risk of discouraging the acknowledgement of valid complaints.
