In the week commencing Monday 26 August 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published five Regulatory Judgements following inspections.

Gentoo Group, Phoenix Community HA and Weaver Vale HT were graded C1 on the Consumer Standards, whilst Bolsover DC and Southern Housing were graded C2.

The four housing associations retained their Governance and Viability gradings, with the exception of Southern which was upgraded from G2 to G1 for Governance.
