Public procurement tendering threshold figures are ‘rebased’ every two years. The Government has published the new threshold figures which will apply from 1 January 2022 when they are next rebased. The new thresholds will be inclusive rather than exclusive of VAT as they are at the moment.
The new and current thresholds (other than for central government, utilities, and concession contracts), which will apply to all procurements begun after 1 January 2022, are set out in the table below:
