In the week commencing Monday 25 September 2023 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH):

• Published Regulatory Judgements for Magna Housing which retained its G1/V1 grades and for Believe Housing, Halton Housing and Peabody Trust, all of which retained their G1/V2 grades albeit with changed bases for their Viability grades
• Announced plans to conduct a National Tenant Survey with social housing tenants, to understand how satisfied they are with their landlord’s service and to assist the RSH in its scrutiny of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures that it will receive from landlords
