In the week commencing Monday 6 May 2024 the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) published:

• its revised Value for Money metrics technical note guidance which explains how to calculate the metrics which providers must report on as part of their annual financial statements and
• the outcome of its consultation on changes to its fee principles. The revised fees regime, which will be effective from 1 July 2024, sees the annual fee per social home for large providers increase from £5.40 to £9.28
