    Good Morning all

    Please can I ask if people to include measures such as neither satisfied or dissatisfied in their day to day surveys. Does it have value. Thanks in advance. Carran O’Grady

    From those that have seen which is the majority have that middle ground.
    The value though it could be an earlier indicator that those on a tipping point of positivity or dissatisfaction? – it will be helpful on trend data if this is how you have always collected the information.
    Personally, i am never a fan of the middle ground, it can find it too easy to tick that box
    We could ask everyone at next weeks meeting, i will out that on the agenda
